Service Update: We are Open




As a healthcare provider, The Paddock Pool continues to operate in accordance with government guidance for medical facilities


Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays: 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m
Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m
Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays: Closed

We will continue to update our current patients with any necessary changes to appointments, in response to government guidance.



Whilst The Paddock Pool remains open, we ensure the safety of all our patients by following strict rules of social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures.


This includes the use of PPE for our patients and practitioners, fogging with antiviral and antibacterial disinfectant of all frequently used areas, and gaps of 15 minutes between patients to allow for ventilation of all rooms. This is to make sure our patients remain safe whilst they receive the hydrotherapy treatment they require.

Free Telephone Consultations


Whilst you may not want to attend an in-person hydrotherapy session right now, there’s nothing stopping you from finding out more about whether hydrotherapy might be suitable for you and your condition.

We now offer telephone consultations with one of our friendly aquatic therapists. They will ask questions about your condition and offer guidance on whether they think hydrotherapy could be for you. There is no pressure to book a follow up in-person appointment and the session is completely free.
