The Initial Assessment will establish your goals, physical ability and function, treatment plan, changing, access to the pool and health and safety precautions for Hydrotherapy. The assessment will give you the opportunity to do some hydrotherapy exercises with your practitioner and to ask any questions you may have whilst in the pool.
