How we work
Initial Assessment
All new patients have to receive an initial assessment with one of our four female aquatic physiotherapists.
This lasts at least one hour and includes time in our pool. We ask you to complete a pre-assessment form before your appointment, so we can understand a bit more about your medical conditions and your treatment goals. The assessment will take place at one of our three pools. All patients are required to self-pay. We are not registered with any health insurers.
Second Panel – Follow up Treatment
Once patients have completed your initial assessment. We offer these three options.
Individual Hydrotherapy: You can have 1-2-1 sessions with a practitioner, usually purchased as a block of 5 sessions initially or;
Group Hydrotherapy: You can have sessions alongside one other patient with a similar condition with a practitioner, or;
Private Hire: We design an exercise programme, which you then follow in our hydrotherapy pool as a private hire patient. During these sessions, you are supported poolside by Claire.
