Description
Our individual hydrotherapy pool is a 6 x 2.5 m spa pool with a maximum depth of 1.48 metres. The Pool opened in 2020 and features underwater massage and swimming jets; exercise bars; three separate depths and accessible entry steps with safety handrail. The water temperature is 35.5c.
The pool building offers sufficient space for individuals to prepare for their hydrotherapy session and rest after the session, before returning to the changing room.
The Paddock Pool has a separate changing room with accessibility aids including hand rails, shower seat and anti -slip features. The changing room has a large shower; toilet and hand-basin. There is a bench with clothes hooks and storage as well as a hairdryer. Towelling robes; large bath sheets and sliders are provided for everyone. There is also a separate consultation room, where patients can be assessed and have land-based treatment if required. A separate waiting room is available at all times for family members.
The Paddock Pool has three patient parking areas. Patients with very limited mobility can park outside the pool building entrance.
